Custom manufacturing to an agreed specification

A custom order begins with the specification for the item. Share a drawing, photographs, a design file or a reference sample, then explain which details should be matched and which should change. We review materials, construction and the relevant manufacturing stages before development or production is agreed.

What we review first

Material preferences, dimensions and size range.
Estimated quantities by style and colour.
Printing, embroidery, labels and packing requirements.
Destination and desired delivery date for scheduling review.

The approved item determines the production route. Our in-house work includes design, sampling, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, inspection and packing where applicable. Raw fabric and leather are sourced externally. Material availability and construction requirements are reviewed for the specific order.
