Home / Manufacturing
Our Sialkot production setup brings together design, sampling, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, inspection and packing for the relevant products. Fabric and leather are sourced externally, then checked before use in the order.
Croydon has approximately 75 permanent workers. Normal output is around 5,000 to 7,000 pieces per month, depending on the product mix and construction complexity. The schedule and quantity available for your order are confirmed after the specification and production requirements are reviewed.
Identify the item, reference, quantities and intended destination.
Review sourcing and check incoming fabric, leather and accessories.
Prepare and review the relevant design and construction details.
Record the accepted sample and order requirements.
Follow the applicable manufacturing stages and check work in progress.
Complete final checks and prepare the agreed packaging and delivery arrangements.
The production route follows the approved item. A garment, boxing product and work glove can require different materials and construction steps, so the applicable stages are agreed during development.
Checks take place when materials arrive, during production and before packing. The approved sample and specification provide the reference for the relevant construction and finishing details.
How scheduling, sample corrections and shipping are handled.
Scheduling depends on the product type, quantity, design complexity and material availability, so timing is confirmed for each order.
Send changes while the sample is being reviewed so they can be incorporated before approval. If you request a change after approval, we need to review its effect on the specification and schedule before continuing.
International delivery is arranged through shipping and courier companies. Share the destination at enquiry stage.
