Development turns your idea or reference into a product that can be reviewed. Send a sketch, photographs, design files or a physical sample and describe the required changes. We review the materials and construction, then prepare a sample for you to assess before bulk production.

Sample development usually takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on the product and design. Our normal sample request is five pieces; a single sample may be possible for a serious enquiry, assessed case by case. We confirm the sample quantity, scope and timing for your project before starting.
Approval before bulk
Review the sample against the brief, including dimensions, materials, construction and branding. Send one consolidated set of changes so the next version addresses the same agreed requirements. Production begins after the relevant sample and order details are approved.
- Check fit, dimensions and material choices.
- Review seams, finishing, artwork and labels.
- Record corrections and confirm the approved version.
